Day 20: Selah



Day 20: Selah


SELAH. PAUSE.


Selah. Pause.
Do not press forward for a moment.
Savor the moment instead.
Listen to God and stop speaking.
Pause. Rest.
Do this all day long. Focus on listening to God and being with God.

A good practice is to do this once a week. This is what a Sabbath is, after all. So, rest in Him and in the Word.
